2006 Client Satisfaction Survey Results:

67% of clients said that overall, they were very satisfied and that we were exceeding expectations. Another 32% said they were satisfied and that we were meeting expectations.

98% of clients said they'd be happy to refer us to others. Thanks, we appreciate referrals. They're a great way for us to grow and they allow us to spend more time with clients instead of looking for new clients.

99% felt we 'Effectively Assessed their Needs'.

99% felt we 'Acted in their Best Interests'.

95% felt we 'Provided Innovative and Creative Solutions'.

97% felt we 'Made Them Aware of All The Products and Services Offered'.

97% felt we 'Provided Quality Advice'.

96% felt we 'Provided Competitive Rates'.

93% were very satisfied (61%) or satisfied (32%) with their 'Face-to-Face Meetings' (the other 7% were N/A).

91% were very satisfied (59%) or satisfied (32%) with their 'Claims Experience Reports' (7% were N/A).

91% of you confirmed your preference for email communication.

81% of clients said they were very satisfied with 'the ease with which they can reach us when needed' and 'our responsiveness to their requests'. 98% were very satisfied or satisfied.

There was a 50/50 split between those who preferred to receive their Claims Experience Reports in print versus email. We will do our best to make them available as per your preference or provide them both ways for your convenience.

50% of clients said they hadn't visited our web site this past quarter. We encourage you to do so. We are continuously adding value to our site so that we keep you informed as best we can. We'd appreciate you telling others about us and telling them about our web site as well.

Over 75% haven't read our eBook and Archived Articles which are available online. These are just a few of the value-added components on our site. Our eBook is entitled, "10 Common Employee Benefits Mistakes".
