With experience in the benefits field since 1986, the first seven years of John's career were concentrated in the group insurance sector. Prior to joining Selectpath, John was vice-president and branch manager with one of the world's largest human resources consulting firms.

Gordon is a founding partner of Selectpath, with industry experience that began in 1994. Prior to establishing himself as an independent broker, Gordon specialized in group benefits for one of Canada's largest insurance providers.
Gordon specializes in alternative funding and innovative
plans including flex-benefit plans, healthcare spending
accounts and self-insurance. Gordon keeps a strong focus
on unique solutions for small to mid-size case management
in a variety of industries. He is particularly well versed
in benefit strategies for collective agreement negotiations.

Kevin has been active in the employee benefits field since 1994. Prior to joining Selectpath in 1998, he worked as an employee benefit manager for the largest insurance company in Canada. He is one of a select few consultants in Ontario to hold both designations as a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC).
Kevin specializes in alternative funding arrangements,
optimum cost containment and benefit integration strategies
for the transportation, manufacturing and high-tech sectors.
His creative program implementation strategies allow smooth
transition between insurance companies for employees and

Prior to joining Selectpath, Leanne was an Employee Benefits
Manager for the largest insurance company in Canada. With
over eight years of industry experience, Leanne has extensive
experience with the underwriting and administration of group
benefit plans. Leanne's primary concentration and expertise
lies in the small to mid-sized group market, with an emphasis
on providing innovative solutions for a variety of industries.
Leanne is committed to building long term relationships
with her clients, providing exceptional service and support

Carson has extensive experience with the underwriting of group plans, along with the administration and support of HR and Finance Departments.
Carson has experience in all sizes of case management in
the private and public sectors. Carson’s particular
focus is in mid to large size organizations, and specializes
in funding arrangement options, innovative plan design,
and cost containment strategy. Carson also has provided
close support in collective agreement negotiations for many
