Cathy has been in the Employee Benefits industry for 30 years. The first 16 were spent with a major Canadian insurer and the past 14 with Selectpath. Cathy's experience has provided much guidance to Selectpath's clients. She has a wealth of experience and contacts within the insurance market. Cathy holds a Health Insurance Association of America (H.I.A. Parts A, B, C) certificate and a LOMA Customer Service course.

Sue Culliton, B.A. (Honors)

Sue brings many years of customer service and administration experience to Selectpath having worked in corporate, not-for-profit and private sector organizations in the Toronto area. Her career has included 14 years in a corporate environment with one of the world's largest computer companies in senior administration roles followed by several years as a Project Administrator in government funded community based social service organizations. Prior to moving to London and joining Selectpath in 2003, Sue spent seven years as a Customer Service Supervisor in a Third Party Administration group benefits insurance organization. Sue is a York University Honors BA Sociology graduate, and is currently working towards completing her Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation.

Rose Harburn, AIAA, ACS, CEBS

Prior to joining Selectpath in 2003, Rose worked for one of Canada's largest insurance companies before moving to a Third Party Administration firm based in London to become an underwriting specialist. Rose has worked in the Employee Benefits and Pension field for over 23 years. Rose works as part of the Hart - Bayley client care team at Selectpath providing the first point of contact for all client and plan member enquiries. Rose also leads many of the technology integration strategies at Selectpath. Rose is well versed in all aspects of benefits administration, contract interpretation, legislation and compliance. Rose is also involved periodically with client plan administrator training. In 2009, Rose obtained her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation, one of only a few in Southwestern Ontario region. She is also Associate Customer Service (ACS) certified and
Associate Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA) certified.

Janice MacWillie-Maltby, B.A., GBA

Janice joined Selectpath in 2004. Previously she had worked in the field of Human Resources as an administrator for 14 years. She spent five years at a major trust company, six years at a major London Hospital and three years with an International Accounting and Consulting firm. Her experience included benefits administration, explaining company benefits and interpreting applicable legislative benefit changes to all levels of staff. Janice has her Bachelor of Arts in Administrative and Commercial Studies at The University of Western Ontario, and her Group Benefits Associate designation. Janice works with John Harkins at Selectpath, providing the first point of contact for all their client inquiries.

Helena has been involved in the Employee Benefits industry for over 25 years. Helena has held various positions in Employee Benefits Administration and prior to joining Selectpath Benefits & Financial Inc. in 2002 Helena was the Sales Coordinator for the London office of a provider specializing in disability benefits. She was also involved heavily in the underwriting and marketing of new business. Helena works as part of the Hart – Bayley client care team at Selectpath, providing the first point of contact for all client and plan member enquiries. Helena is well versed in all aspects of benefits administration, contract interpretation, problem resolution, legislation and compliance. She is also involved periodically with client plan administrator training. Helena is Health Insurance Association of America (H.I.A.) certified and is currently completing her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.

Lori Norris, B.Sc., CHRP

Lori joined Selectpath in 2006 after working in Client Services with a Third Party Administrator for 10 years. Prior to that, she worked in the field of Human Resources for the Ministry of Labour and with a small technology company in London, Ontario. She brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources to Selectpath, with the last 15 specifically focused on Employee Benefits. Lori has her Bachelor of Science in Chemisty from the University of Waterloo and her CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) from Fanshawe College. At Selectpath, Lori works with Leanne Bayley and Carson Oudman providing the first point of contact for all client and plan member inquiries.

Anne Marie Thompson

Anne has been involved in the Insurance Industry for the past 36 years. For the past 23 years Anne has specialized in Employee Benefits. Prior to joining Selectpath in 1998, Anne was a Senior Client Service Representative for 11 years with one of Southwestern Ontario’s largest independent employee benefits consultants. Anne brings to Selectpath extensive knowledge and understanding of the employee benefits market from a consultant’s perspective. She has serviced large and small accounts both in the private and public sector and is very familiar with the specific benefit requirements of hospitals and municipalities. At Selectpath, Anne works with all of the consultants to put plans out to market. She is responsible for the collection and formulation of marketing documentation, including preparing specifications and market reports.

Jamie Stiles, LLB, CGA
Controller
London Office
Jamie joined Selectpath in 2002 after several years as an instructor teaching business, accounting and law at Fanshawe College and the University of Western Ontario. At the time he had over twenty years experience in accounting, corporate audit, credit cards and management working for a number of private companies as well as twelve years with a major Canadian bank with a reputation for outstanding customer service. As a member of the executive, Jamie is responsible for the day to day operations of the firm including finance, accounting, human resources, legal matters and technology. He brings seasoned judgment to the role along with hands on problem solving and management. He is a current member in good standing with the CGA Association of Ontario as well as assisting various not-for-profit organizations and a past member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
