Kelly Macfie
Practice Manager, Benefits Associate
Prior to joining Selectpath at the start of 2014, Kelly worked for a large Public Sector organization with over 4,000 employees, working in Human Resources managing administration of the Benefits program for six years. Prior to that, Kelly worked out of the head office for a large national retailer, in the role of Benefits Administrator for seven years. Kelly’s strong detail oriented style of work, experience providing front line service to employees, organizational skills, implementation of special projects, and quick resolution to the day-to-day ebbs and flows of Benefit challenges make her an asset to our team and our clients. Kelly has a three year business diploma specialising in Human Resources from Fleming College and is working towards her Group Benefits Associate designation. At Selectpath, Kelly works with Carson Oudman providing first point of contact for Client and Plan Member inquiries.
