Prior to joining Selectpath, Tenley spent 9 years as a Senior Benefits Account Executive at one of Canada's largest insurance carriers. Now, as an Employee Benefits and Group Retirement Savings Advisor at Selectpath, Tenley understands that delivering best-in-class solutions to her clients cannot be achieved through a “one size fits all” approach. 

Tenley knows that competition for hiring and retaining the best people is fierce. She partners with businesses to design customized benefits and retirement programs that align with the organization's values, culture, and priorities. These programs play an integral role in attracting and retaining great employees across all industries. 

Through her experience on the insurance carrier side, Tenley has gained extensive knowledge that helps her to educate her clients and provide strong advice that is easy to understand. Tenley knows that trust is earned, and she works hard to build and maintain long lasting relationships with her clients. She’s been successful throughout her career by listening and seeking to understand what is important to her clients, and in turn, advising and delivering tailored solutions that best meet their objectives. Tenley prides herself on being transparent and honest with her clients. 

Tenley is a graduate of Western University where she competed on the Women’s Varsity Basketball Team. Prior to enrolling at Western, Tenley played point guard for Team Ontario Girls’ U18 Basketball. She is an active volunteer in her hometown of Port Credit, where she resides with her husband, two children, and teacup yorkie. When not at work, Tenley can be found at the hockey arena or at the gym cheering on her children, running, playing golf, or skiing with the family.
